  Stainless steel 90 Degree elbow is widely used. It is a stainless steel elbow rolled from ordinary carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel or alloy structural steel. It has a large output and is mainly used as pipeline or structural parts for conveying fluid.

  Factors affecting the polishing performance of stainless steel elbow include surface defects of raw materials (scratches, pits and pickling). After deep drawing, small black spots will appear on the surface of large deformation area, which will affect the performance of BQ. The material problem of raw materials is that the hardness is too low, it is not easy to polish, and the hardness is too low. Orange peel is easy to appear on the surface during deep drawing, which will affect the performance of BQ. BQ with high hardness is better.

  Most stainless steel elbow fittings are used for welding. In order to improve the welding quality, grooves with a certain angle and edge are opened at both ends. This requirement is also very strict, and the thickness, angle and deviation range of the edge are specified. The geometric dimensions are much larger than the pipe fittings, and the surface quality and mechanical properties of the elbow are basically the same as those of the pipeline. In order to facilitate welding, the steel of the pipeline to be connected should be the same.  the stainless steel elbow can also resist the corrosion of various chemical media, and has excellent acid, alkali, corrosion, rust, corrosion, bacteria and electrochemical corrosion.

  Stainless steel 90 Degree elbows stored for a long time shall be inspected regularly. Exposed processing surfaces shall always be kept clean, dirt removed, and neatly stored in a ventilated and dry place indoors. Stacking or outdoor storage is strictly prohibited. Stainless steel elbows shall always be kept dry and ventilated, the retainer shall be kept clean and tidy, and stored according to accurate storage methods.
