Due to the high oil content in the emulsion, after annealing the inner wall of the maintenance cover, it will form carbonization and accumulate on the inner wall of the maintenance cover. In other processing processes, these carbon blacks will be brought to the surface of the 304L stainless steel pipe, thereby covering The surface of the 304L stainless steel pipe that affects the appearance quality. After a long time of processing, a lot of oil, carbon black, dust, and other debris will also accumulate on the convection plate and the stove. If it is not cleaned up in time, it will also fall on the surface of the stainless steel plate.

  In fact, in the final analysis, the chemical composition and surface finish of the 304L stainless steel pipe has a great relationship with the manufacturing environment and cleanliness. As long as the convection plate, stove, and maintenance cover are cleaned in time, the surface quality of the 304L stainless steel pipe can be indirectly improved.
