  However, other metal pipes, such as galvanized water pipes and copper pipes, have very low passivation ability, which is the key reason why the corrosion resistance of galvanized copper pipes is far inferior to that of stainless steel pipes. Then, the corrosion resistance performance of stainless steel reducer is demonstrated. Stainless steel reducers will not undergo uniform corrosion like carbon steel, and no protective coating is required during use; The stainless steel reducer adopts stainless steel water pipes, which have no restrictions on the chemical composition of water because stainless steel has good corrosion resistance in water with various oxygen content, temperature, pH, and hardness.

  The stainless steel reducer can withstand high flow rates, even if the flow rate is greater than 40 meters per second, it still maintains an extremely low corrosion rate, not exceeding 0.003 millimeters per year, making it particularly suitable for supplying water to high-rise buildings. The thermal expansion coefficient of stainless steel head is similar to that of copper pipe, which is 1.5 times that of ordinary steel pipe.

  In addition, the chemical reactions that occur on ASTM A403 304L stainless steel reducers are generally holistic, forming a protective film on their surface, which other metals cannot achieve.
