  The equipment selected for pipe bending is the medium frequency pipe bending machine, which is divided into four parts in structure: heating and cooling device, mainly consisting of medium frequency induction coil and cooling water system, transmission structure, composed of electric motor, gearbox, worm gear and worm gear transmission mechanism, etc.

  The stainless steel pipe bending machine is composed of guide wheel frame, top wheel frame, pipe clamp, and longitudinal and transverse pipe jacking mechanism. The control system is composed of electrical control system, control console, angle controller and other components.

  Medium frequency bending is the process of using medium frequency electric induction heating to bend the workpiece under local heating conditions. The intermediate frequency bending process is the most cost-effective among various existing bending processes.

  The process of large-diameter bending involves placing a sensing ring on the part of the steel pipe to be bent, using a mechanical rotating arm to hold the pipe head, and heating the steel pipe with intermediate frequency current through the sensing ring. When the temperature of the steel pipe rises to a plastic state, mechanical thrust is used to push it forward at the rear end of the steel pipe for bending. The bent steel pipe is quickly cooled with coolant, which heats, pushes, bends, and cools the pipe while continuously bending it.

  Select and match the appropriate sensing ring according to the pipe specifications, and put the hydraulic system in a ready working state. Place the pipe in position on the machine, measure the bending point, clamp the fixture, start the water supply valve, check the cooling water spray situation, confirm that the above items are normal, then activate the induction power. Wait for the pipe to be heated to the appropriate bending temperature by induction heating, open the hydraulic cylinder feed working oil circuit, perform push bending, observe and verify the bending situation, close the cooling water, and loosen the fastening fixture, Or repeat the above steps for continuous bending, or remove the bent pipe.

  When producing these pipe fittings and ASTM A403 WP304 stainless steel bends, many factors can affect their quality. Therefore, we must strictly control the production process requirements.
